NextPage® 2 Document Collaboration is a new subscription service that ties together your uncoordinated and disconnected document versions that are stored in e-mail, on your hard drive and on servers, providing you with real-time status and notifications about all documents on which you collaborate.

Unlike typical centralized solutions, NextPage 2 Document Collaboration doesn’t require IT infrastructure, takes only a few minutes to install and works with the applications you rely on every day – e-mail and Microsoft Office. In addition, you can still work with non-subscribers, and the service automatically knows how new document versions you receive relate to the original.
